Xabi Uribe-Etxebarria is a serial entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Sherpa.ai, a leading Artificial Intelligence services company. Xabi studied an MSc as an Industrial and Organizational Engineer and Technical Industrial Engineer (Specializing in Electronic Engineering) and further specializations, such as the EDP at MIT (Sloan Management School), Negotiation at Monterrey TEC, MBI at Deusto Business School, and Digital Marketing at Harvard Business School.

Xabi was studying for a PhD in Natural Language Processing when he decided to instead build his first company, Anboto Group, a web-based customer service platform based on NLP. He holds a comprehensive U.S. patent for interactive data query systems.

Passionate about design and engineering, he is near completing a master’s degree in Architecture.

Xabi has been awarded a number of prizes and honors, including featuring on the TR35, an annual list published by MIT Technology Review naming the world's top innovators under the age of 35. He was also included on the “Top 100 of the Year” list published by the newspaper EL PAÍS and highlighting the 100 most influential people in the Spanish-American world. The list also included personalities such as the King and Prince of Spain, Hugo Chaves (President of Venezuela), Enrique Peña Nieto (President of Mexico), Sofía Vergara (Actress), among others. Xabi is also a keynote speaker at the world's biggest technology events.

Joanna Hoffman

Joanna Karine Hoffman is an American marketing executive. She was one of the original members of both the Apple Computer Macintosh team and the NeXT team.

She has a background in anthropology, physics, and linguistics, a Bachelor of Science in Humanities and Science from MIT.

She began on the Macintosh project in October 1980 as part of Raskin's initial team of Burrell Smith, Bud Tribble, and Brian Howard. At the time she began, the Mac was "still a research project" Her position "constituted the entire Macintosh marketing team for the first year and a half of the project." She also wrote the "first draft of the Macintosh User Interface Guidelines." Hoffman would eventually run the International Marketing Team which brought the Mac to Europe and Asia. She later followed Steve Jobs to NeXT, as one of its original members.

During the early 1990s, Hoffman was vice president of Marketing at General Magic.

Tom Gruber is a researcher, designer, and entrepreneur, with a focus on technology to augment human intelligence. He was cofounder, CTO and VP Design for Siri, which created the first intelligent assistant for everyone. Siri was started in 2008, launched in early 2010, and soon after became part of Apple. Siri is now intrinsic to the Apple ecosystem, available on every new iPhone, iPad, Watch, Apple TV, and Mac. Siri is used around the world over 2 billion times a week. At Apple, Tom created and led the Advanced Development Group to bring AI to the UI for current and future products.

Tom has also applied AI to support collective human intelligence. His research at Stanford in Artificial Intelligence, particularly ontology engineering, helped lay the groundwork for semantic information sharing and the Semantic Web. He has created several products and companies that support human collaboration and knowledge sharing. He invented HyperMail, the widely used open-source application that turns email conversations into collective memories on the Web. He was founder and CTO of Intraspect Software, which pioneered the space of Collaborative Knowledge Management — software that helps large communities of professionals contribute to and learn from a collective body of knowledge. He designed and built RealTravel.com, a popular collective knowledge system where travelers from around the world share their experiences.

Tom has served as in an advisory role with many companies including LinkedIn, SocialText, Internet Archive, Mindjet, Radar Networks, and Powerset

Alex began his professional career at American Airlines in 1995, spending half his 10 years at the group with its travel technology arm, Sabre, in London, working with a range of European airlines.

In 2000, he became a partner at Arthur D Little before setting up his own aviation consulting firm in 2002. In 2005, he joined Accenture as its head of aviation.

In 2006 he founded Clickair, a Barcelona-based airline, merging the airline with Vueling in 2009 and becoming Vueling’s Chairman and CEO.

Vueling was acquired by International Airline Group (IAG) in 2013, with Alex joining the IAG Management Committee.

In April 2016, Alex was appointed Chairman and CEO of British Airways.

He is also a visiting lecturer at the IESE Business School in Madrid and the ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona.

Alex is 50 years old and originally from Bilbao, Spain. He has a degree in industrial engineering from Central Michigan University, an MSc from the Ohio State University, and a Business Management & Administration degree from the Cox School of Business in Dallas. He is married with four children and lives in London.

Mr. Rajeev Singh-Molares is a Joint Chief Executive Officer at Alma Mundi Ventures, SGEIC, S.A. Mr. Singh-Molares serves as Executive Vice President at Alcatel-Lucent. He served as President of Asia-Pacific Region at Alcatel-Lucent India Limited. He served as Chief Executive Officer of EMEA at DHL Global Forwarding Inc. He had been President of The Asia-Pacific Region at Alcatel-Lucent since February 1, 2010. Mr. Singh-Molares served as Chief Strategy Officer at Alcatel-Lucent until February 1, 2010 and its Senior Vice President of Strategy and corporate development since January 1, 2009.

He was a Senior Partner of Monitor Group, where he was responsible for developing and managing client relationships in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his 18 years at Monitor, he held a variety of executive positions in North America and EMEA. Additionally, he has worked on a variety of projects in the public sector relating to competitiveness and pressing social issues. Before joining Monitor, he was in the international division of Chemical Bank in New York. He serves as a Director of a variety of foundation and nonprofit boards. He served on the worldwide board of Monitor from 1997 to 2002.

Mr. Singh-Molares is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service in Washington, DC, and completed a Master's Degree in International Affairs at Yale University, where he was a teaching assistant.
